Be cautious! We booked this place over Christmas a couple of years ago. We had to cancel at the last minute but volunteered to pay a cancellation fee. The owner charged my credit card over $300.00. In speaking with the owner, we agreed it was reasonable to refund me $100.00. It was not refunded. I called the owner 3-4 times and received numerous promises of refund but I still have not seen this money.
